1998 Lexus ES300 108,750 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben Smith is an honest, knowledgeable Professional Mechanic!!!!!!! I have always taken my vehicles to the dealership shops for work. I tried this service for a couple of reasons, and will recommend both the service, but particularly Ben Smith to friends. Mr. Smith not identified the problem, but recommended not to replace the part "yet" and to continue operating until it fails and then replace (not critical for the safe operation.) He then worked to fix other items I had not requested, but knew they needed to be repaired. He was right on time, great attitude and was truly honest on what work needed to be done. It is so nice to be able to find a trusted mechanic, I will use him whenever I am in the need for vehicle repairs.

Chris was very professional. He had car problems of his own and called to say he may need to reschedule but he was able to get his car going and still make the appointment. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and honest. I highly recommend him.
