Chris called to come earlier, so we did. He was prompt, already checking the car when I arrived. He was very thorough and happy to answer my many questions while he worked. He had good knowledge of my car model, and he shared advice about how to handle repairs going forward. Chris was meticulous when investigating some body work issues. He even remembered to look for the wheel lock. Chris is also friendly and patient, and completely helpful. He explains things clearly and concisely. I recommend him highly.

I bought a car from Carvana and had Travis inspect it. He confirmed my concern about the brake pads, but also found a problem with the paint job. The car had been poorly repainted. I was able then to point this out to Carvana, and they're paying to fix it. Very helpful 
