2016 Kia Sportage 135,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Robert was wonderful to work with! I needed my timing and serpentine belts replaced on my 2007 Kia Optima v6. My appointment window was 12:30-1, Robert called me around 12:30 to let me know he would be closer to 1. He arrived and was very warm and kind, he asked me if there's anything else I wanted him to take a look at. I kept checking in on him every hour or so and he would update me on what he was doing (even though I'm basically car clueless). The whole process took around 4 hours, partly because he had to run to the store because he was sent the wrong part. Robert even helped me with some hanging plastic damage (cosmetic) that happened a few weeks prior due to running over a tire on the highway. The next day my car was driving super smoothly and I could tell she got the TLC she needed from Robert. Thanks again Robert!

Mathew was in time. Explained everything up front. Was happy to have me watch over his shoulder or not. He explained everything that he found and checked. Gave me info to get the car inspection done. He was very understandable and seemed to go the extra mile to be sure I understood each and every step. I would request to use him for all my future work.

Thank you for quickly fixing my car (the battery was dead). I tried a local dealership who took forever to call back and wasn't available as quickly. The process was convenient and easy. Will use again.
