Carlos's knowledge of cars and how fix them. is the extensive I was describing a problem that I had with a car to Carlos. I went to dealerships, nationwide auto centers, and local mechanics to fix that problem. Finally, by accident, a local mechanic found a grounded wire which fixed the problem. After my brief comments , Carlos immediate response was the problem was caused by a grounded wire, I never mentioned anything about a grounded wire My jaw dropped. After he repaired my car problem and on his way home, around 8pm, I called him to ask about different car problem. The next day, around 7pm, Carlos was at my house because he wanted to be certain that he did not cause the problem, which he did not. In the future I will have only Carlos. work on my car!

John is the best!!! I attempted to change my rear brake pads but ran into an issue that I wasn't able to get around so I called in an expert. John finished the brake change in less than 30 minutes and did it with a smile and great conversation! This guy is extremely knowledgeable about European cars and I highly recommend him for work on your vehicles!
