2005 Hyundai Santa Fe 6,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Imagine my frustration when I come out of a store and my car is dead. I knew it couldn't be the battery as it was a year old, but never know I guess. I remembered that I used this service before and I went ahead and booked another appt. I was booked for 5:02 pm and the time was around 3p., waiting two hours is better than trying to get it towed and maybe looked at next week sometime. My assigned mechanic, Joe, actually showed up 45 mins before the appt and replaced my starter for me in about an hour. I got on my way home before 5:45! I was a happy customer. Thank you Joe, and hope you got home to enjoy your football game, because you deserve to relax. Thank you again.

He replacef the starter, but the starter would not engage, trobleshot, determined battery dead, gave new estmate to replace battery. Satisfied with replacement of starter but did not determine problem still not fixed.

Really great mechanic, very knowledgeable and knows a lot about cars and has the latest tools and gets the job done fast and easy with no hassle at all
