Honestly, Joseph is the best! We've used YM several times, but Joseph's been our mechanic since moving to Utah, and he's the best mechanic we've ever gotten from YourMechanic, hands down.

Alfred showed up right on time. He confirmed the work I had requested and the payment option I had choosen. He was very nice and professional. Alfred was done with the tune up in 1 hour. He then told me that the system showed I needed 8 spark plugs but in reality, I only needed 4. He immediately processed a refund and save me almost $200! I am so happy with this company and my Mechanic. I will be scheduling another appointment for new brakes. I had spent 2 hours at the dealership that same morning having an oil change on my other car.
