Ira was a few minutes early. Very professional. He diagnosed the car and said I did not need one of the services the dealer tried to get me to do. He did the work that was truly needed, did not try to rip me off with unnecessary repairs. He checked everything and did a test drive. Recommended some things for future. I have used Ira before and will use him again.

Diagnosed the problem well. I had previously taken car to shop and they wanted to replace the alternator and tensioner pulley. Duane realized the alternator was fine and it was a bearing in the pulley that was causing the noise issue. Big savings and got the right job done.

I had a great experience with having Greg come out and work on my vehicle. I originally booked a service to change my front break pads. Greg took a look and saw that I did not need to have the breaks changed. I recently went to a dealership to get some other work done on my vehicle and the dealership told me that they breaks needed to be changed.
