Ruben was very professional and was patient answering all of my questions as I do not know much about auto repairs. He was running late because he was finishing up another repair job, and called me to let me know, which was much appreciated. He completed the repair in a timely fashion and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before he left. This was a fairly significant repair and I had my doubts, but by utilizing Ruben's services I was able to save a few hundred dollars. Therefore, he comes very highly recommended and makes me feel that the large repair shops & dealerships are major ripoffs simply bc of their overhead expenses.

Timothy took the time to look outside the box in order to diagnose my cars problem even though the diagnostics couldn't be run due to Honda's inability to make anything simple. Thanks to Timothy I now know what I'm up against and am currently working on a solution.
