Those include, but not limited to, a professional attitude, friendly personality, courteous manner, and expert knowledge, The job was finished very close to the estimated time. I also appreciated that Chris call me back later in the day to check to see that the car was running satisfactorily and if I had thoroughly satisfied. By chance the engine light had come on after I had run the car around town for a couple of hours. Chris came by after his last call, ran diagnostics and fixed the problem. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.
