1996 Ford Probe 55,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This is my second service appointment with YourMechanic, and it went great! My first service was an O2 sensor replacement back in February, but this time was a more difficult valve cover replacement. Jesse came early and got right to it, finished in about 3.5hours, spoke with me briefly on some other pertinent issues on my truck, and was on his way. Just a good mechanic doing a good job! first mechanic your mechanic sent out didn't complete the job, and in fact left the right wheel in such a manor that it would have come off. after going back and forth with your mechanic, they demonstrated proper customer service by sending out james the next day, him agreeing to take on another job even though he was already scheduled. he came fully prepared to undo/redo/properly repair, quickly, efficiently, professionally. as a contractor myself, i fully understand the concept of proper customer service-- the guy nailed it!!!
