He arrived on time. Was very professional. This was at my work place. I handed him my key and within an hour he had my car back to running properly. This was by far the easiest way to do car repairs. He will be back to do other maintenance in a few weeks. Thanks Chris for making this so effortless.

William did a thorough check of my vehicle and confirmed what I had suspected. A defective thermostat which was allegedly replaced by a shop near where I live. My car exhibited the exact behavior before and after the thermostat replacement, a wandering temp gauge which only wanders between C and W. When it sticks near C, my vehicle would either do one of two things: 1) rough idle after driving it 30-40 min. Or 2) spew coolant causing stream to come out from under the hood. This is not a pretty sight as my car would lose ALL of the coolant. William Wolf is well-trained and knows a lot about cars. He confirmed my suspicion. Thank you, William!
