Michael arrived on time and was very courteous. What made me trust him more was that he pointed out to me that the possibly faulty part was probably still under warranty. He sat down and took his time to read through the Warranty card to give me accurate information. Even though the fix ended up being something simple and it didn't require further services to be scheduled; he was honest and didn't make up inexistent problems just to make more money like other mechanics I've taken my car to... He jacked my car right then and there and fixed a loose hose. All of this in 1 hour. Outstanding service!

John was very professional and on time. Due to problems getting the right part (a manufacturer problem, not John's problem), John had to come out multiple times over the course of a week. John diagnosed the problem and the parts issue quickly, but had to wait for the right part to be delivered. During this process, he stayed in touch with me and kept me up to date with the situation, which I appreciated. When the right part was finally delivered, John showed up early, got the work done in a timely manner, and apologized for the experience (which wasn't his fault). Dealing with John was very satisfying and I would ask for him again to take care of my auto needs.
