I was really nervous going in knowing the car is old and expecting the worse, but Michael- right from the start- made me feel comfortable. He's easy to talk to and as he was moving about the car he gave me updates and explanations all throughout. It may have been mostly bad news, but it's the miracle I've been praying for.
