2007 Ford Explorer 15,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

First time using your mechanic. I was skeptical at first due to I'm used to going to the shops but it's convenient when you're always working and don't have that time. A mechanic comes to you and you're one on one instead of siting in the waiting room trying to figure out what they're doing to your car. I'm a woman and trust me, it's not easy finding a trustworthy mechanic that'll show you exactly what's wrong with your car and explain why things are happening to it and doesn't treat you like you don't know anything because you're a woman. So far my rating is five stars for Kenneth, he has patience, knowledge and takes the time to explain what's wrong with your car and has no problems answering your car questions. Matthew did an outstanding job! He was on time and the work was GREAT! I have to say Matthew was an A-1 mechanic and I diffidently will be using him as my mechanic! Thank you Matthew.

Chris showed up on schedule and got right to work. He had all the tools he needed to thoroughly and accurately diagnose my issue. I would ask for him specifically next time if I had another significant issue.
