Deane gave timely updates, called when he arrived (which was early to my present surprise!), took time to diagnose the problem to ensure the correct repairs were being made, touched base with me before taking any additional action (I really appreciated this), worked quickly and had me back on the road in no time. Deane is very customer-focused, friendly & easy to talk with - there was no pretentious mechanic talk that can be intimidating, particularly for women. As always Andrew was punctual and knowledgeable. He has worked on 2 of my vehicles, with no hiccups with his repairs!

Had all four brake rotors replaced, plus pads and brake fluid flush. Very happy with my new brakes so far, and I also appreciate that he made sure they were safe before handing back the keys, by taking it around the block at least once after service. Would hire again and/or recommend to friends locally! Thank you!
