2003 Ford E-150 80,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

"Check Engine" came on. I had it tested. Cylinder 4 Misfiring. I couldn't leave my truck for 3+ Days at an auto shop, that was obviously going to try to keep it longer and come up with ridiculous repair issues. Found this service online, and it was perfect for me. Chuck was early and done working right on time. I appreciate when people make a plan and stick to it. This experience was just as smooth as it was convenient.

Chris may be a great mechanic, however, the company "Your Mechanic" is very deceiving. I requested a windshield washer pump be replaced because mine wat not working. Well, the pump was replaced but the washer was still not working. Not being a mechanic, I thought that they would check out the washer system along with replacing the pump. However, checking out the washer system is an additional $149.00, and another rescheduled appointment. I should have gone with my initial instincts and have taken it to the dealership. It might have cost me more but would have been done right and would have left with a working washer system. If you are going to use this company's service, be sure to ask very specific questions or you may run into what I did.

Roberto was through, professional and friendly. I particularly enjoyed how he gave me an option of coming back later on that day (if the parts we're available and install).
