He quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad window switch. He checked under the hood and wrote up quote to replace switch and I've already scheduled the return visit so he can replace the switch. He also found a leaky valve cover gasket and wrote up another quote to service it, as well.

The mechanic was good but with having to reschedule twice because of parts and then having to have the vehicle towed to a garage plus I had to leave work twice to be there when the whole idea is so I could get it fixed when I was at work. Other then something simple I would not use them it’s been 3 weeks the van has been down
