I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle. He was done within an hour and 15 minutes. It would've taken me all day to do this. I didn't mind the price. I thought it was reasonable.

Thomas came out prepared and was really friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently, replacing the the serpentine belt, changing the oil, and rotating the tires. I took the car out for a test and it handled and ran so well. I would recommend him anytime. This at home service was so convenient and was very reasonably priced.
