Claude was excellent, for him to come to my home after I got out of work was a huge convenience for me. He was very knowledgeable, and he worked efficiently. I felt that he took his time to look over his work afterwards but was also quick. Very much a professional. I will be asking for Claude should I need a mechanic again in the future for anything else.

Leo came out and was an absolute gem! He called to let me know he was on the way. I work from home and he was nice enough to send me a message instead of knocking on my door (upsetting my dog). He also made sure to keep me updated with every step, and explained how everything worked! I kinda did the weird and slightly rude hover-y thing (sorry) towards the end after the last update, but he just conversed with me and didn't lose his patience. I would most definitely use this service again! 5 stars all around!
