2014 Chevrolet Impala 67,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben replaced steering rack on my impala. The professionalism and knowledge Ben has for his craft is remarkable. He arrived an hour and 15 minutes early for my appointment. He performed extremely fast and efficient. I will definitely be calling him again for future repairs!

Matthew did an outstanding job! He was extremely knowledgeable and fast. He answered all of my questions about the repair and more. He explained anything i wanted to know as he went along and put my mind at ease about any other issue i was concerned about during his inspection. Trustworthy mechanics can be hard to find but Matthew made sure to explain anything i needed to know about possible future repairs, as my vehicle was recently purchased with over 200k miles on it. I appreciated his honesty and detailed explanations with everything we discussed. By far the best experience I have had with a mechanic. I felt as if most mechanics have tried to take advantage by trying to sell me unnecessary services or have been very rude, belittling and vague when i have asked questions. Matthew was very friendly and helpful in explaining anything i wanted to know. Using this service was extremely convenient because we would have had to get the car towed to a shop that would have charged much more. I would highly recommend Matthew and will be sure to book him for any service repairs I may need in the future. Thank you for all of your help!
