Chet arrived on time and finished in time. he was friendly, very knowledgeable and detail oriented.

He did an excellent job or finding issues with the car and reporting them. SO much so that Im even going to see if the warranty I have covers most if not all the stuff found. My only "complaint" so to speak would be that he advised that for its price he wouldnt take the car and would definitely take it back, but then the report gives it a 92 out of a 100, which is by no means a perfect score (and I wouldnt expect a used car to get one), thats a high green sciore (as opposed to yellow) or an A or A-, which again isnt perfect but begs the question "Is an A or A- on a used car really a big enough deal to say "I dont want it?""?

Changed oil and filter on Tahoe and did an inspection. Found a leak and made recommendation to repair. Also checked brake pads. Very nice and knowledgeable. Already booked my 2nd service on a different vehicle with him. Super convenient as he comes to your home. Keeps you posted on his time of arrival and easy to track where he is as he starts driving to your appointment. Have already recommended to several friends.
