Glenn responded quickly to my inspection request to see why my car’s suspension and steering felt off. My Volt had hit one too many potholes and had broken its lower control arm. It took YourMechanic a few days to order the correct part, but once it was in, Glenn had it installed the next day. Inspection took about 25 minutes, repair was about 2.5 hours. We’ll be looking for Glenn next time we need a repair on our cars.

Willie was great! He showed up a little early which worked for me. He immediately had some ideas about what was causing the problem and was completely correct. He fixed the problem and checked for other issues I should address. He was pleasant, funny and all around awesome! Shawn was prompt, professional, and delivered the promised service as expected. This was a used vehicle pre-purchase inspection.
