Johnny has nailed it again for us. Our 2011 Buick Enclave 'New' battery was losing its charge. After charging it full, it still wouldn't start. We checked all the fuses up front, but decided to call in Johnny to have a pro look. He discovered the fuse at the battery, which powers the OnStar system was running while the vehicle was off. Not sure if the vehicle was in full 'sleep' mode just yet, but since he pulled that fuse, it's starting each day. This is Johnny's 2nd project for us. I trust his judgement, he provides a detailed run down of his findings, and it's obvious he cares about providing a quality repair. Thanks again.
