Very friendly, knowledgeable personality, which is such a relief to come from a car mechanic. Jay answered all the questions that I had asked... Simon was punctual and communicated via text to let me know he would be arriving soon; appreciated that because it was my first time using this service. I haven't had a chance to drive my car to see if his repair is working properly but for some reason I can tell my car is absolutely fine. The repair took no time and was completed with professional care. Simon even offered some other work that my car may need soon which I appreciate as well.
