I had the rack and pinon arm changed out of my 2004 Acura TSX - not an easy thing to do. The work is tedious and the days are muggy - but James made it work. He processed the task in about 4 hours and followed up with me on other areas that may need to be addressed as well. Based upon the fact that James has everything he needs at his disposable, I will definitely be using him again for other tasks he can complete.
