Arrived on time. Communicated well. I had to leave before he finished, but he hunted down the tools he needed and went above and a bit beyond.

Did an excellent job. Didn't take a lot of time to replace oil pressure sensor. Was also very responsive to my texts as my car was at home and I was working when he took care of it.

Tracy went above and beyond to replace my starter on an infinity in 26 degree temperatures. He explained the problem and included me in all aspects of the repair. Price is right, and Tracy is amazing. Job well done!!!!! I recomend Tracy as well as Your mechanic to anyone. If you are in the same situation I was in (my car was not drivable) call them, they come to you. No towing fee.
