Richard took his time to explain a few options to identify the issue with my car. He took his time to really check each possible issue, ultimately finding water in my gas tank. He did a few more test to ensure no other components were affected. Richard was very professional, courteous and punctual. No guessing games, just facts. He diagnosed the issue in a timely manner and solutions.
