Luis did a wonderfully thorough inspection and job fixing my trunk latch. He also gave me a suggestion for a simple, future service. My trunk hasn’t worked in years and other shops quoted a price well over 1K; it works great now and for such a reasonable price! Such a convenient service too being a grad student and not being able to leave campus. Thanks!

The service was satisfactory but a little disappointing. No one informed me prior to his arrival that he could only rotate the tires but not balance them. Something I will need to do on my own next time. Also, he did not have windshield wiper fluid and coolant fluid with him so I will need to do these on my own as well. He was 90 minutes late for the appointment.
