Our experience with yourmechanic.com and our mechanic, Josh, couldn't have been any better! Our vehicle had troubles and wouldn't run while we were away from home on vacation. Long story short, Josh came the next day and saved us from disaster. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired in an hour. Yourmechanic.com saved us a lot of time and money, the experience was easy and stress-free. In addition to the repair, he also inspected our entire vehicle and gave us a report of other items that would need attention soon. No pressure to have unnecessary work done like other shops always do. Refreshing. Josh is well experienced and knowledgeable, and he provided excellent professional service and a great repair. We highly recommend Josh and yourmechanic.com. Wish we could take him home with us!

Josh was an awesome mechanic! And very informative. He was quick and explained everything in layman's terms, since I don't know anything about cars or mechanical stuff. He was punctual and personable. Very nice and laid back. If I didn't have to leave the city for an emergency, I would have let him do my oil change too. I was so happy with services Josh Seegler provided on my car. I would request him over and over again. He was very knowledgable and was on time. It was truly the most pleasurable experience I ever experienced with any car repair.

A+ performance on this guy. Josh was extremely professional and was able to get the repair done quickly and with no problems. I was able to book an appointment the night before for the next morning and I was able to get on the road feeling safe. 400 miles later still no problems. He even noted several other issues he'd be able to help with in the future but didn't pressure me to get it taken care of right then and there as many shops will - he seems as honest as they come. Definitely recommending his service to others, and will likely be a repeat customer. All that said, this was about 50% cheaper than going to your chain mechanic shop.

Josh was extremely helpful and seemed to have a vast knowledge of cars and the problems that come with them. Josh has worked on my car twice now, and he has been extremely fast and efficient both times. I never got the sense that he was taking his time with anything, and he explained everything he was doing in great detail. Josh is also very professional, and if you don't have a clue about cars like me, he communicates very effectively. Like I said, I've used Josh twice and I will continue to do so in the future, great service.

It's hard to find honest mechanics -- Josh makes the mark. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and gave me straight, honest answers to every question I asked (even the dumb ones!) He arrived right on time, kept me informed, had a great attitude and got everything done as expected. He even took the time to look over a few extra things free of charge. I highly recommend Josh. He's an asset to YourMechanic and to the industry in general.
