Justin took the time to show me the parts removed and explained what the issue was and why it happened. And told me how to take the next 24 hrs driving to make sure the brakes settled in correctly. As before perfect customer service. My brakes were a mess, nuts breaking, rotors ate up and wrong parts coming in for the repairs. Justin kept me informed of every step that was being taken to make sure the job was done right safely. It took 2 visits, idk how many phone calls or trips Just in made to the parts store but not once did I feel out of the loop or concerned about what he was doing let alone worried that like a lot of mechanics trying to take advantage of my wallet. After having both my truck brakes and car brakes done by Justin, I'll never go to anyone else. You've got a customer for life Justin. Thank you so much for the excellent job.

I was having trouble starting my car and set up an appointment with Justin to come out and take a look at it. He managed to find the problem quickly, and ran me through each of the steps he took to determine it. He even suggested cheaper alternatives and walked me through how to fix it myself so that I could save some money! However, unfortunately for him, I have almost zero memory retention or faith in myself when it comes to cars, so I'll be pestering him for many years to come. It seems that good mechanics are difficult to find, so I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled on Justin. Awesome experience and great first impression; I will definitely recommend him to friends and make an effort to schedule with him in the future.
