This was work done for my Dad. He's 80 and a Heart Patient and he's SUPER anxious about EVERYTHING so imagine his worrying mind about BRAKE failure while taking himself, or my Mom to the Doctor, etc. Billy was SO professional! Kept in touch with me and even moved the appointment forward knowing how much it was stressing my Dad out not having a safe vehicle to drive. What a GREAT GUY and a GREAT Service company. As a small business owner with 20+ employee's who are constantly on the road (Home Health Care) I intend to distribute this information to ALL of them, and to all of my 100 + patient's adult children! This is such a BETTER use of resources and time...way better than going to a repair shop (and all of the hassle that goes along with that) and waiting for the cost, and the time. Since Billy was local, I didn’t have to drive the car, he came to it. He had already researched the Prius issues and was ready to diagnose. He concluded it wasn’t the engine and we can now contact Toyota for possible repair on a Technical Service Bulletin on the Prius. After he had diagnosed the problem, we asked him if he would remove the airbag to show us exactly what the malfunctioning part was. He did not have to do this. We were very glad he did as we would probably never been able to get to the part otherwise
