My appointment was at 4 pm with Bryan He showed up early which was nice he did a thorough check of my car and he explained to me where I can understand , customer service experience with Brian was awesome thank you Brian for being patient with me asking a thousand questions.

Excellent service. Brian notified me on his arrival time, a little early which worked out great. He was very courteous and professional and answered all my questions prior to having the work done. I could not be more pleased with the work he did and would highly recommend him.

Brian seems like a nice guy. I had a business meeting so didn't get to spend very much time with him. I rated him 3-stars because I question his assessment of my vehicle. Three days prior, I had a coolant flush and oil change by brake check. I had come in for a brake check of my front brakes and they said they were fine but needed to change my oil and coolant. On Brian's assessment, he said he recommended a coolant flush, oil change, front brake replacement, in addition to other things I knew to be wrong with the vehicle. I'm not saying Brian is trying to run up the bill but just find it odd since these were very recently [within a day or two] done.
