Al Williams is a very capable mechanic. He went right to work on fixing my Wife's car. His no-nonsense and professional approach is a refreshing reminder that "regular people" still exist. So, when the work was completed - which I thought to be in record time - I asked: "Hey Al, you finished quick!!" His response was: "I'm a mechanic. This is what I do. Been doing it for 20 years."
