Very great mechanic! Was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process. Even in the freezing cold he had a smile on his face! Will use him again for sure!
Alex was great! Came to my house earlier than expected and got the job done. Very professional, kind, and delivered the services as promised. I felt like I was in great hands with him and he never pressured me to do anything I was not comfortable with. Alirezas is very nice individual, but lacked professional preparedness to do tire rotation. Showed up with inadequate tools to do the job that was quoted and requested. Did not reset computer monitor for oil change and did not reset tire pressure monitor on vehicle.
Having the car out of commission since his repair, we come to find out that the knock sensor connector is completely missing. Not only did he come in WAY over quote- it is costing us more to get the car repaired. There is no reason for this part, that must be obatined from Honda, to be missing. I want my money back. Do not use this service or mechanic!
I am requesting a refund for this inspection because the mechanic did not complete an inspection - I still do not know what parts are needed for my car ... I have waited a week for this appointment and the appointment has been cancelled 4 times by your mechanics resulting in my loss of time for sitting around waiting. All he did was take pictures which was a complete waste of my time & yours for even sending him out if that's all he was going to do . I was told the mechanic would be able to inspect the car, give a diagnosis and request the parts needed to fix the car and he was not able to do that . I am now still stuck with waiting to find someone else to come out and make the repairs to my car . Please refund my $84 which I was told initially would be $70... This has been the worst experience I've ever had .
