Robert did a good job on the car, what I like the most is the after service. He called to check on how the car is going and if I need anything. After 1k miles a minor accident happened on coolant leakage. I called him and in 20 minutes he appeared, although it was a weekend, and inspected the car, identified the problem and fixed in in 15 minutes and I was back on the road in less than 1 hour free of charge. I am really impressed with how he backs up his work. I will definitely keep using Robert's services for my car in the future.

He was pretty scatterbrained and didn't really test anything more fully than I already had. Also he decided it was appropriate to insult my car based on it being "girly," and continued along that line after I made it clear that I *like* girly.

All about Water Pump Replacement

The water pump, a container made of aluminum or iron, is part of the cooling system. It contains an impeller (looks like a fan) that circulates water and coolant throughout the cooling system, keeping the engine from overheating. It is located in the engine compartment. For the water pump to work, it needs to turn. This is accomplished either by the drive belt or timing belt/chain. If the water pump is not working, the coolant will not circulate through the cooling system causing the engine to overheat and get severe damages.
