Lucas

Lucas was professional, knowledgeable, articulate and went out of his way to solve the problem. I thought I had blown the radiator on the 2005 Toyota Sienna; he diagnosed not a radiator leak, but that one of the gaskets somewhere was leaking. He took the whole thing apart, showed me step by step what the problem was and what he was going to do to repair it. He went out of his way to find the part; he went out of his way to correct the job parts order that is automatically created for this particular job, which in itself saved me something like 150 bucks. He was helpful, thoughtful, kind and did excellent work. I highly recommend him and as a first time user am impressed with Your Mechanic and its mechanics.

Chet is awesome! He was professional, accommodating, and best of all, knowledgeable in his trade. He was very easy to work with, and easy to talk with—even taking the time to explain what he thought may be the cause to my car stalling. Having met me to work on the car at the parking lot of my office (there's no room to work on it where I live), I was even able to go grab dinner, feeling rest assured that Chet could handle the job. I made the right choice... Chet got my car running and informed me of what future work may need to be done to keep my car up to par. There's no doubt in my mind who I'll be calling to ask for the service when that time comes! THANK-YOU CHET!

I am really glad to have used service from Your Mechanic. I really appreciate founders coming with this concept that is a great help for service people who do not get to mechanic's shop because of circumstances. I had been waiting for more than a month to get my things done and after contacting your mechanic it's done without any extra effort, instead at a great convenience.

All about Engine or Transmission Mount Replacement

An engine mount, made of rubber and steel, has two purposes. One, it secures the engine and transmission to the frame of the car, and two, it absorbs the road shocks and engine vibrations so that the driver does not feel any engine movement. Transmission mounts secure the transmission. Most cars have multiple engine and transmission mounts. If one of the mounts breaks, you will feel significant engine movement (vibrations and/or shaking).
