What is the Horn all about?

Robert was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly when he came to replace my water pump and timing belt for my 95 Subaru Legacy. He noticed that my alternator belt was worn, so I quickly grabbed one from the shop down the street and he replaced it at no charge.
