The rear window defogger is a grid of surface-mounted wires on the rear window of your car. Electricity runs through the grid and the wires create heat that melts snow and ice from the window and clears moisture that fogs up the glass. Tavaris listened thoughtfully to a history of the problem, then checked logical possibilities, and found the culprit in a matter of minutes. Coming back to change out the starter and do some much-needed maintenance that I actually asked for, i.e., not trying to sell me stuff, tho did observe some issues I wasn't aware of, which I was glad to add to the list. Tavaris answered questions and explained things well, even tho, as it turned out, he was having a difficult day himself - a nice guy.
