Brandon was an excellent, personable and professional mechanic who showed up early and got the job done in record time. He was even kind enough to ride along with me on a test drive to ensure the car worked properly after the service. I would recommend Brandon to anyone as he's the first mechanic I've ever had who hasn't tried to upsell me on services or rip me off. Five stars and thank you for being awesome!

While there was a price change due to the parts selection process on the website, YourMechanic DID call me and let me know the price would be upped, which was a very professional approach. Chris was a very good communicator and an extremely hard worker, he frequently updated me on his progress on my car, even sacrificing a socket wrench in the process. LOL I was panicking at not being able to get the mounts repaired without sacrificing a month's rent, YourMechanic keeps the prices reasonable and they really treat you like a human being. I've never felt so relieved!

Joseph was right on time, very knowledgeable and helpful... What should've been a $600.00+ repair, Joseph was able to re-asses the problem and the total bill was $209.00. Even when the mother company, YourMechanic. Came back to me and said the repair was not able to be preformed, Joseph was on the phone saying, "let me come look at your problem... I still think I can help you out". He did, and he fixed the problem at 1/3 the initial cost. I will use Joseph again. Dan S.L.C. UT

All about Spark Plug Replacement

The spark plugs are an important part of the ignition system. When you turn the ignition key (car's key) on, it causes the ignition coil to generate the spark which ignites the air-fuel mixture in the engine cylinders to start the engine. The number of spark plugs in the car is the same as the number of cylinders, although some vehicle manufacturers will use two spark plugs per cylinder. Over time, the spark plugs wear out and require replacement. When the spark plugs wear out, it is harder for it the air-fuel mixture to ignite, resulting in engine misfires. If one of the spark plugs has failed, the car will still start and run, but it will run poorly. On some vehicles, spark plug replacement may be labor intensive and involve removal of the intake plenum.
