The initial appointment with Deane was fine, however, the follow-up was less than satisfactory. After his inspection Deane informed me I would be contacted by the office with a quote. After waiting more than 5 hours, I called and left a message requesting a call back. I was called back, given a quote and when requesting an appointment was told I'd be called again after checking Deane's schedule. Two hours later I was informed via message that Peter was assigned the repair appointment for 4/23.. One hour before the appointment, Peter called to reschedule due to a problem with needed parts. An hour later the office called stating there is no problem and Peter could arrive around noon. I'd had enough by then that I canceled the appointment. Deane as an individual was professional, but I would not recommend him because of the lack of professionalism demonstrated by his employer.

Brian did an excellent job! He was just diagnosing the air conditioner problem on my 1998 Nissan 240SX, and he was able to fix it. I asked him to check the passenger window that wouldn’t roll down, and he got that working too! I’m very pleased with Brian’s work and will definitely book him in the future!!! Steven did a great job replacing my clutch master cylinder. He even gave me a few conctacts to help fix a wiring issue that yourmechanic.com people usually don't do because of aftermarket issues. Thanks steven and hope to have you again if anything else goes wrong.
