Patrick was great ( he showed up early which was appreciated!), however the part was not. Trying to get a replacement from him. The fan motor he replaced is not OEM quality. I will update this review when the job is done right...

He was very efficient, strait forward and I felt like he was honest. He fixed my car so I could get it off the street and he gave me recommendations to prevent the problem from happening again.

I have to say that I was a little apprehensive at first. Being a Mercedes driver, I've come to know that servicing these cars are anything but normal. So in asking I found that Peter approached this job different from the dealer. My mind was set to rest with a detailed explanation from Peter. He does excellent work with excellent cleanup as well. I was very happy with the outcome and also pleased that he was on time, early actually and very professional. I will be using him again I'm sure. Michael C

All about Ignition Coil Replacement

Ignition coils transform low voltage electrical power 12 volts D.C. to high voltage current 50,000 volts D.C. or higher. The spark generated by the ignition coil ignites the fuel and air mixture in the engine that enables the car to start and run smoothly. If an ignition coil is not working properly, no spark will ignite the air fuel mixture, causing a misfire. A bad ignition coil can severely damage the engine or catalytic converter. If your car is equipped with “coil over plugs,” then it is recommended that you replace the spark plugs. If your car uses a single coil for the ignition system, it is not necessary to change the spark plugs.
