John’s vast mechanical knowledge of my vehicle, coupled with his kind and friendly demeanor, made all the difference in the world when it came to servicing my vehicle. He briefed me thoroughly through the entire mobile service process, explaining everything from parts costs, to the status of repairs I.e. how long it would take to make repairs to my vehicle. John patiently walked me through the billing process as well, by describing to me in detail, what I was being charged for as well as why each part listed on my invoice, was needed to repair my vehicle. John also practiced excellent safety consciousness as well. He made sure the vehicles service area was prepped, cleared, and safe prior to starting work. I know for certain that if I ever needed a mechanic to work on my families vehicles, John is who I will request every time. Thanks John. Not only are you an awesome mechanic, but you are also a kind, respectful and a credit to your profession. It was definitely a pleasure doing business with you.

Mike was excellent and did a great job. He solved the code light problem and discovered that I needed to replace the parking brake actuator to complete the job. However, I received an email asking me to call Your Mechanic customer service to help with the quote to replace the actuator. They said they were not able to do that service. However, Mike knew what to do to replace it. I told him I would request for him to return to finish the job. I will not be using Your Mechanic again because now I have to find someone else to complete what appears to be a simple job.

Christian was honest and thorough and timely. My preference is for him to take care of my car. I initially scheduled with him but he was not available.
