Marc is a total professional. He knows the nuts and bolts of the many auto issues he faces and he knows how to communicate extremely well. He is a complete customer service guy, something you don't get these days. This guy tackled a problem on my Explorer and would not let it go until it was PERFECT. I will not allow anyone else to ever touch my car. Macr is an outstanding representative for your company.

He is a nice person, but he couldn't fix my car, he didn't find a second issue at the first time. So the car still not running after almost 1000 dollars spent. What a disappintment. Bad service.

First of all, I had higher expectations from this service. Everything he did, I could have done myself. It was not worth the money. The level of professionalism was very casual and average. He checked a few things and said that I should buy it because it is well worth the money. My concerns were kind of brushed off. He was at least kind. Not even five miles after driving the car off of the lot, I notice the check engine light. I have not gotten it checked because of the cost and anxiety. I wanted this service because the last time I bought a car, the check engine light came on a few days later and started a bunch of problems. Months later with this car, it has began to sound super rough and has been leaking fluid since I brought it home. It's pretty bad. I have been putting this off because the thought of it brings me anxiety and make me sad.

All about Brake Shoe Replacement (Rear)

Brake shoes are found only at the rear wheels in cars with a drum brake system. When you step on the brake pedal, brake shoes press against the brake drums to cause friction that slows down the car. Brake shoes usually last twice as long as brake pads.
