Overall I am very satisfied with the work Patrick has done. The question I have is why a stuck bleed valve would stop the service. The vehicle is a 1998 so stuck or frozen screws, bolts or parts should be expected. Part of his tool kit should have been some WD-40 or Liquid Wrench. My thoughts I have to say.

Mr. Reyes arrived early for the appointment. This was very helpful. He explained the service he was asked to do and also noted that he would check all other areas of the vehicle for function and safety. He completed the service in remarkably short time. He was friendly and professional and told me what to expect in an email regarding billing and invoice. Mr. Reyes is definitely an asset to your organization. Because of him, I will continue to do business with www.YourMechanic.com and recommend to my friends and family. The entire experience was very clear and easy and the prices are very fair.

All about Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement

A Drive Belt Tensioner is a pulley mounted to either a spring mechanism or to an adjustable pivot point that is used to keep constant tension on your serpentine belt. That is the big long belt in the front of your engine. The tensioner rides on the outside surface of the belt to put pressure, or tension, on the belt and against the pulleys that drive things like the alternator, power steering, air conditioner, etc.
