Josh was fantastic! Everything you'd want in a service professional. I have already recommended him to a few friends. My only concern is he's so good, when the word gets out, he'll be harder to schedule for future appointments.

It wasn't the news we were hoping for but it confirmed what we thought. Peter even recommended a good mechanic shop (timing chain popped and destroyed engine) and told us of a group that helps with low cost engines. Very nice and took the time to explain everything to us.

James is going to be my "GO TO MECHANIC" from now on . I had 2 cars that decided to die at the same time so i tried yourmechanic.com and they sent out James, He arrived on time and quickly found out that it was a simple repair that would only take a hr to fix so all the labor would be covered under the inspection fee , I just had to buy the part and he would come back out to put it in. I was very pleased so i had him inspect my other car when he came back out and that one only need a simple fix also and the labor would be covered under the inspection fee also. I am very pleased with James and will always use him for any repairs that are needed. Thank you James for being a honest mechanic!!

All about Car Starter Repair

A starter is an electrical motor that is connected to the battery. The job of a starter is to set the engine (pistons, crankshaft, etc.) in motion when you turn the ignition switch on. Once the engine starts and is in motion, the job of starter is done. If the starter goes bad, the engine will not crank properly when you turn the ignition key on or may not crank at all.
