Jason arrived early. After time, he discovered the reason for my squeaky wheel (a defective rotor from O'Reilly Auto Parts). I was happy with his persistence in diagnosing the problem, making sure to find the issue correctly without giving up. He even took time to explain some other things about my van. The only thing that I did not like was how long it took him to get the new rotors from the store (took about 45-60 mins).

Jose again came right on time and worked hard to identify the possible problems with our Chrysler. We are having him return to do new brake pads and feel fortunate to have found him as a repairman.

Chris did a pre-purchase inspection for me. I received an email prior to his arrival at the cars location as promised, and a phone call before he got started to discuss my concerns about the car. He acknowledged my concerns and explained that I would receive a detailed report, with pictures and audio of the items he inspected. Chris sounded very knowledgeable, and was helpful in describing the service he was about to perform. After the service, he called again to describe his concerns with the car, and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise, and again explained that the report would go into detail regarding the service inspections he made. After talking with Chris, and reviewing the online report, I was very satisfied knowing the condition of the car (which I did not purchase, in part because of Chris's report and lengthy conversation about it's condition). I would certainly recommend, and use your services in the future! Thanks Chris!!

All about Radiator Hose Repair

Radiator/cooling system hoses are an important part of your car's cooling system, which is designed to keep the engine from overheating. When your car’s engine is running it creates heat. The radiator/cooling system hoses carry coolant through the radiator and back through the engine to keep it operating at an optimal temperature. There are mulitple hoses in a given system. An upper hose connects the top of the radiator to the top of the engine. A lower hose connects the bottom of the radiator to the water pump of the engine, which keeps coolant flowing through the system.
