Your Mechanic is excellent!! After calling several mechanics and garages for quotes about replacing a radiator, I tried Your Mechanic. I received a quote within 2 hours that was considerably less than every place I had called AND the mechanic (Joshua Floyd) came to my house to do the work! Mr. Floyd did an excellent job of explaining to me what the job entailed, how long it would take, and how my truck should run after he was done. Less than an hour later my truck had a new radiator and Your Mechanic (and Joshua Floyd) has an extremely happy customer! I will definitely use them again!

Robert is very personable and fun to have around in a difficult time (having your vehicle need work is always difficult...). He was prompt and respected my time. He only did what was needed without trying to sell me more procedures. I have become your best advertiser and told anyone who would listen about the wonderfulness of having a great mechanic do "house calls!"

All about Radiator Hose Repair

Radiator/cooling system hoses are an important part of your car's cooling system, which is designed to keep the engine from overheating. When your car’s engine is running it creates heat. The radiator/cooling system hoses carry coolant through the radiator and back through the engine to keep it operating at an optimal temperature. There are mulitple hoses in a given system. An upper hose connects the top of the radiator to the top of the engine. A lower hose connects the bottom of the radiator to the water pump of the engine, which keeps coolant flowing through the system.
