What is the Windshield Wiper Blade all about?

A windshield wiper consists of a pivoting arm with a long rubber blade. This was my 2nd meeting with James and yet again he fixed my problem. My car has been giving me overheating problems and he fixed the problem and recommended I do other services so I don't have a problem with overheating for a long time.
