I am really pleased with this service. Brandon called me 2 days in advance to alert me that sometimes EGR replacements require addtional work to clean out the exhaust system. As it turned out, my car didn't need this extra step, but I appreciated knowing about the possibility in advance. On the day of service he also called in advance to alert me that he was running 2 hours late (I was his last scheduled appointment for the day. And while here, he took time to fully explain in laymen's terms (as I am very uneducated about cars) what he'd done and show me what he'd found that might cause a problem down the road. I would absolutely trust Brandon to service all of our cars using this extremely convenient service.

All about Brake Rotors/Discs Replacement

A brake rotor is a smooth metal disc attached to the wheel hub. Most new cars (1999 and above) come with rotors at each wheel. Older cars may have drums instead of rotors at the rear wheels . Brake rotors play an important part in the braking system. It is the friction between brake pads and rotors that cause your car to slow down and stop. As the rotors wear out (become thin or warped), they are unable to dissipate the heat caused by the braking system. This will cause the brake fluid to boil and reduce the effectiveness of brake system significantly.
