Happy customer! Jeff was early, kept the area clean. No problems. Had a power steering pressure hose replaced. Saved $250 compared to dealer service. Purchased the hose at Rockauto for $64 vs. $180 at the dealer and Your Mechanic $91 vs. $225 Honda dealer. No brainer, I can wait and save some cash.

Eugenio is professional in his work, expertise and character. He double checked the initial diagnosis, had all the right tools and was neat and tidy in his work. He is knowledgeable about many vehicles (per our discussions on my other cars). He did not apply any pressure for additional work; as a matter of fact, the inspection report is a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Eugenio, and will request him on any further work my cars may require.

All about Brake Rotors/Discs Replacement

A brake rotor is a smooth metal disc attached to the wheel hub. Most new cars (1999 and above) come with rotors at each wheel. Older cars may have drums instead of rotors at the rear wheels . Brake rotors play an important part in the braking system. It is the friction between brake pads and rotors that cause your car to slow down and stop. As the rotors wear out (become thin or warped), they are unable to dissipate the heat caused by the braking system. This will cause the brake fluid to boil and reduce the effectiveness of brake system significantly.
